Quick and Quiet D Major Scale

  Quick and Quiet D Major Scale I made a quick video of a one octave D Major Scale right before a mariachi quinceañera gig (can you tell?). I was at the state capitol, so played quietly to prevent echos. If you've played there, you know!   Scales are like all the colors of a painter's palette. For now, remember that the first note, or the tonic , of this scale is a D natural. Scales follow a specific pattern. For the next little while, we'll focus on Major Scales.
